STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
I am Emediong Felix Akaninyene, a second-year student of Animal and Environmental Biology at the University of Uyo, hailing from Ikot Etina in Mkpat Enin LGA. I am writing to apply for the EMOIMEE Trust Fund Scholarship to further my academic journey and contribute meaningfully to environmental conservation and animal welfare in my community.
Growing up in a rural area, I witnessed firsthand the impact of environmental degradation and loss of biodiversity. My passion for biology and conservation drives my ambition to pursue a career in this field, focusing on sustainable wildlife management and environmental protection. This scholarship will ease the financial burden of my studies, allowing me to focus on excelling academically. With the support of the EMOIMEE Trust Fund, Mkpat Enin, I will continue my education and work towards creating positive change in my community and beyond.
