STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
As a Second-year Civil Engineering student at University of Uyo, my academic journey has been driven by a desire to see sustainable buildings and structures with world class taste and excellence that also makes a positive impact in my community. From my knowledgeable age, I have been fascinated by structural development like flyovers, storey buildings and recently high-rise buildings just like the Intelligence tower here in Akwa Ibom.
This scholarship presents a unique opportunity to continue and further my studies at the University of Uyo, where I would deepen my knowledge and contribute to the growing need of innovative solutions in my field of study.
With this support, I aim to make meaningful contributions like building sustainable infrastructures and developing my immediate community Mkpat Enin Local Government Area and drive more positive change in the nearest future.
