STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
I am Ifiok Okon Utom, a 400-level Civil Engineering student at the University of Uyo, from Ikot Obio Ndoho, Ikpa Ibom Ward 3. I am applying for the EMOIMEE Trust Fund scholarship to further my academic journey and contribute meaningfully to the development of my community and the broader Nigerian society.
My academic excellence, combined with a passion for civil engineering, has driven me to pursue projects that can enhance my community’s infrastructure. However, financial constraints remain a significant barrier to the completion of my studies.
The EMOIMEE Trust Fund scholarship will enable me to focus more on my education and achieve my dream of becoming a skilled civil engineer, dedicated to advancing Nigeria’s infrastructural development. I am committed to utilizing this opportunity for both personal growth and community betterment.
